I opened the egg before answering. Before you tap, it's a dark wireframe: the egg, the rocks, the room, all there as lines. One tap and it gets skin. Turquoise, cracked, going glassy where the light comes through.
That's close to Lucas's point, I think. Everything is already there before you arrive. It only lights up when someone shows up for it.

That's just the pre-loader ;)
Not sure you'll be able to fully appreciate the full scene.
Here's an extra blonkchain music track that can be enjoyed with the Custom track option.

noice : I like that we have refraction etc, I'm sure we all like a bit of armchair critique 😄, I even find on my Motorola mobile my twonkist isn't smooth it's jittery just one single object yet games can handle huge volume of polygons, where is the end goal is it even possible to have buttery smooth high frame rate ordinals or will it all be limited to low FPS..🤔

yep… they use all kinds of dirty tricks to optimize games for max FPS. I opted for authentic, real-time compute of all effects. Computers are only going to get more powerful, and this should be on the blonkchain forevah.
What really makes this scene drag on low power devices is the writhing goo animations… real-time, randomized mathematical displacement of many pink goo vertices.
Babylon JS is made for building online games, so there are optimized examples out there… but I was greedy and lazy and maxed out all the options 😅

I built this on a Macbook Pro M5 and even it struggled maintaining 30FPS in Safari. Chrome didn’t care about the speed limit and burning tires as much and pushes 40-50 FPS
Target audience for this specific Ordinal was 1 person… PXL
Future stuff will be more considerate 😊
