I built my own custom BRC-100 wallet dashboard to learn how it actually works. 🛠️

BRC-100 is peer-to-peer, so apps need an identity to connect, but connecting isn’t the same as spending. I let apps “knock on the door,” then set a per-app budget so they can only spend what I allow. No clicking “approve” on every transaction.

And no, you’re not stuck with one identity forever: your root key comes from your seed, but the standard supports app-specific derived keys, so you can keep your root identity private. 🔑

From what I think I am trying to understand does it work similar to how you can grant access for Google to make a one off sign-in to multiple applications/websites and then when application/website is not needed you can revoke access.

I have tried bsv.bsv.com and I don't like the way that when I clear my history and then go back to the site it creates a whole new identity. I would prefer to keep using the same identity across multiple BSV applications/websites.
