Have you tried busting raincloudsa and rain by boiling vinegar below?

I did a rain ceremony a few days ago after 2 months of few rain and it rained 59 liter in 45 minutes here. That 59 liter only occured in a perimeter of let say 200 m. 2 km from here they had only 5 liter. I did it on full moon.
