A few days ago I pulled some pups from an Agave Attenuata, a.k.a. Foxtail Agave, that crossed my path while biking.
I let the puppies air dry for 2 days to grow some callous on the fresh cuttings.
Now I have planted them in a potting mix of 33% of Cactus soil, 33% Perlite and 33% Pumice to have a good draining soil.
For the first 7 to 10 days I will place them against a north facing wall to assure that they will not get any direct sunlight. During these days I will also not water them.
After that I will slowly move them to a brighter, more sunnier area of the garden.

Some other, not so good looking, Agave Attenuata but I will give it a chance.
