Paul's signal is so clear. Always a delight.

The Upper Room, The Field..... what do you call it?
Presence, Alignment to the Monad, Coherence.....
Paul Selig on the Upper Room.
"When one aligns in the Upper Room, the first thing one begins to experience is the alignment that one currently holds and if one is currently holding great hatred, great fear, great ignorance, great desire to control another, all of these things will be felt and experienced and become deeply uncomfortable.
Now you have aligned in the Upper Room carrying the baggage--the stuff that we said was stowed on the airplane. But understand that you are now about to release that baggage and the claim, "I Have Come, I Have Arrived in this new alignment", is what moves that into being.
You cannot enter the Upper Room without something that has been left over from before. Some of you think you are supposed to be pristine, but you are confusing the instruction.
The Christed Self or the Monad or the Divine Spark, call it whatever you like, is pristine.
It is without the idea of separation or if you wish, sin. It simply is. It knows itself in, of and with God, and it is this aspect of self that has been recruited to claim this process of manifestation. You are not willing yourself to a holier state. You are not seeking to scrub off the tattoos that you got one night when you were too ill-informed to make a wise decision. You are simply showing up with all of it present and saying, "Here I Am."
Now the claim, "I Have Come" is followed by a claim of the resurrected Divine, the Monad in it's aligned state. And indeed that is the claim, "Behold I make all things new."
And it is this claim the Divine Spark announcing itself, that alights all things to it, just as we spoke of the spark that jumps from the fire and ignite something else.
The Divine Spark, the Monad, the Christ principle--and the Christ simply meaning the aspect of the Creator that can be realized in form--is what moves, is what acts, is what reclaims and redeems and indeed re-knows."

Real psychological freedom, clarity, and self-reliance don't require an intermediary, a channeled entity, or a costly workshop. They just require the courage to look at facts as they are, feel what you actually feel in your body, and take practical responsibility for your life without the woo-woo markup.

Just to clarify what I was pointing to in my original post. I'm not asking anyone to take on any particular framework or language. What interests me is direct experience. Somatic release, nervous system regulation, presence, coherence, the field, upper room — these words aren't interchangeable. The frameworks around them differ, but sometimes they seem to be pointing toward aspects of a similar human experience. Even terms like "somatic discharge" or "trapped energy" are interpretations we place upon experience. I shared Selig's passage simply because I recognized something through my own experience, not because I'm asserting him or anyone else as an authority. Experience first; language follows.

My training in Presence came through Emergence Care, but that's only part of how I got here. My life has moved between the intensely physical and the mysterious. Dance, body work, energy modalities, and experiences I still don't fully explain. And I'm okay with that. What draws me now is something simpler: direct experience. Presence lets the ego take the back seat for a moment, and sometimes something else becomes perceptible. The words are not the thing. I'm not asking anyone to believe what I believe. I'm interested in creating a space in which you might discover what direct experience reveals to you.
This is how I got here. You don't have to take my route.
