It "pops up" in multiple locations similar to how your approach would work. It is an individual making X.

I think they're both the same, when you say APP I think brand, when you say mobile vs static, I think they're both generally static (aka home made) but can also be mobile (as in delivery).

Now what I think is nice about a brand and some form of structure / process is that if I wanted to buy kefir in Berlin and then I move to say Cape Town, then I would be able to buy "X brand kefir", BUT I would know that it is made by an individual located in my neighbourhood in Cape Town. I could naturally choose which person I buy my kefir from in the location, but know that there is a "brand" / "culture" behind the kefir I buy locally.

Obviously beer, wine, freshly baked goods etc too.

So I think we're talking in parallel to a large extent.

We're on the same page, right?

yeah definitely on the same page. so let's say you love making and nurturing sourdough culture and making like 5-10 loaves worth of sourdough batter a week, you'd be a little dot on a map in a customers neighbourhood, or they could search and find you 4 streets away if they just feel like amazing fresh bread at like 8pm.

we would need an app that's immediately available for everyone (just like in an app store) but assume almost no one initially wants to accept bitcoin as payment, they want local currency. how could we integrate bitcoin into the app while not even caring about how the two parties exchange?

i was thinking that if this entire system of pop up/pop down stores were to exist, it should be interoperable so anyone could make an app/ui around it forever (and filter things). The act of advertising a store and managing product count would be a bitcoin transaction and you could do things like drop discount NFTs to favourite customers who could give them to friends and family or somethin
