Played tennis on tuesday. Since then my right shoulder hurts and cracks a lot.
Do you know any movements (yoga poses, streching, idk) that could help release the pain ?

push up against the ceiling or doorway ledge with your arms extended. or downward dog pose.
knees down, extend arms behind back, hands together, put head on ground and push arms upward
