If Plato is like a meth-head who expresses, in a slightly backhanded way, his intention to live his whole life as high as a kite on society's dime, the libertarian is like a pot-head who, while not terribly intellectual, is easily seen to be somewhat lacking in ambition. Someone who would be admired by the lower class would be prepared for a hard life and would be motivated by children. Someone like that has a lot less time to write books.
