What does PKI look like on the blockchain? First, maybe lose the limiting terminology of "public/private" keys. One key encrypts(e-key) other key decrypts (d-key). And sharing both allows "virtual" channels.

So if for some reason you wanted a channel on Twetch, you'd generate a key pair and pass that out. Twetch software would only show Twetches in clear text or those with personally white listed d-keys.
"This is the d-key of my channel". Actually both keys would be right there available in a "header". Decrypt at your own risk and personal responsibility.
Or you subscribe by merely clicking a box that immediately adds the d-key to your whitelist.
