A person that has fear/hate/anger in there heart maybe a skitso and some what paranoid with a gun has more value and purpose on this planet than a citizen or civilian resting on a park bench or on your own backyard. Its safer to live in the hood (with criminal that have honor and respect) than a police protected area.
