people are fleeing new york and buying up anything around with decent sized property
used car prices are way down, while pick up trucks are flying off the market and going up in price
dirt bikes, quads, motorcycles - all high demand with low supply

the rarer the better... Suzuki, Honda, KTM all stopped making their 2 stroke bikes (125, 250cc) and 450cc quads – prices are up from ~$2000 for a trx450 a year ago to $5000 and rising today

We should all buy quads or bikes and go out to Randy's ranch house. #MudBog

Would love to get my hands on a nice Aprilia RS250, Honda NSR250 or a Suzuki RGV250. They’ve increased in value over the past few years anyway. Same as some rarer cars.
You thinking of grabbing a classic 2 stroke Randy? Or you got one already?

why not an NSR500?😁

… if only. You got a spare £125k 😂 That weapon would kill you!
Even the 250’s are hard to come by now and you ain’t getting a good one for cheap. But yeah £7K is a bit more feasible than north of a 100k 🤣

I'm retired from riding but would be willing to put my helmet on for a good condition RVF400. Hard to find in the US but I see them pop up with grey market sellers from time to time.

The beautiful NC35. Stunning bike. There's a few around where I live. Mainly collectors, but you see a few about the roads in the summer during road racing season. £6-7k minimum for a good one. More NC30's about & you can get them for about £3.5-4k.
