Their business model will collapse & their equity will be worth $0.
And don't get me started on the IP litigation Twitter will bring on them for blatantly copying features.

I think the idea of beta is to have these kinds of discoveries and user reactions.
If it comes out of beta without consideration of the UX, then it will fail.
But I don’t think it appropriate to shit on people’s efforts to offer a potentially valued app.
As far as I know IP has more to do with the application of technology. Since Twetch works fundamentally different than Twitter I can't imagine such a scenario being likely to play out.
A bold prediction, we will see!
