People are excited by the dream of ‘staking’ (making money from no work) when really it will just have the same consequences as a network which promotes hodling.
I can’t see it benefitting the immediate need of increasing transactional volume.

Stacking takes work. Winners work hard.
Staking creates bag holders for the bears at top to sell at best price.
Ethereum for example. People are so excited by the potential of staking that they emotionally force themselves to believe the network will succeed.
But these people aren’t looking to USE Ethereum, just hodl it for more.
