Most people in BSV are not against the new asset recovery feature. They just think that given the context, using it first on BSV to recover Craig's coins would kill the chain's reputation for good. But ask them, and most are fine if the recovery feature is first used on BTC or for FTX stolen coins.

Also, most are fine even if it were to be used first on BSV to recover Craig's coins, as long as it was done using an international court order with an official proclamation by a judge - but they are not fine to see it just with a notice of stolen goods.
