🤷🏼♂️ Who is doing paymail key registry as a service with legal documents which get checked and deleted?
I just want to be able to ask - "Is this legal person behind this paymail?"
If no one else provides this already that's the next service I'll build.

Ah thanks, I hadn't thought of legally chained in this was. Legally chained do not do this yet. There's probably a good reason -- @1350, can you offer any insight into the timeline we can expect this service to be operational?
Maybe a KYC paymail capability extension is needed.

I would prefer my passport not to be kept in digital form anywhere it doesn't have to be. I think it might actually be illegal to keep a passport when there is no legal requirement to do so.
Since this service would not be a money transmission service, there would not be a record keeping requirement. Aattestation is the service I'm looking for.

Address? If you have two Joe Blacks at the same address then you'd need to number them I suppose but it seems unlikely.
You can’t delete address then 🤷♂️ You might delete documents but you need to store some pii to serve the kyc need
Yep I get you. I’m not sure it’s exactly the same as KYC though. I’m not talking about providing FS to anyone.
What if you keep a hash of the name and address and a signature attesting to that hash?
Then if someone tells you “I’m JoeBlack2” then uCanCheck.
