It's one of the biggest insurance companies, it is covered without problems. 100% legitimate. The fine prints looks good.

1200 per case.... That is very very little! Any helth issue can costs far more than that.
I pay approx 1000 per month for a family of 4 including semi-private coverage. I have a per case fee I need to cover myself but above that they pay without ceiling.
