/pay @30132 $5.00 I'm considering getting my real estate license because I like to sell things and I like homes. Can you convince me that getting my RE license is a good/bad idea?

Not sure if I really want to grind it out as an agent tbh. I was considering it in house flipping. I like to keep my hands busy but I hate paying commissions. LOL. But for the larger audience. Convince me to be an agent. I think I could be one.
