Two questions:
1. Where does one buy raw milk?

Depends on where you live, in some US states it's banned. I get mine from a farmer nearby.
Milk really is unique in that its sole purpose is to nourish. Next best thing would be raw milk cheese, cultured dairy (yogurt, kefir, ...), maybe raw meat.
