Part of this also is that the left somehow still manages to be seen as "liberal" when it is liberal exclusively when it comes to what they promote, which is essentially degeneracy. It's much more fitting to call it degenerate supremacy, because it sees everything abnormal or in any way seen as marginalized as superior to the norm or the center. Gay is better than straight, trans better than "cis", slut better than wife, fat better than fit, ugly better than beautiful, "neurodivergent" better than mentally and emotionally stable. It's not about acceptance of these things, it's about celebrating them and pretending that they are somehow superior. If the right wasn't so insufferably collectivist itself, it could use the fact that the left is by any objective measure not liberal at all and take the position of "acceptance without promotion". Do what you want, but live with the consequences and don't expect anyone else to finance your lifestyle.
