A part of the feminization that happens late in the cycle of civilization is certainly the result of men being reduced to boys in a highly centralized collectivist society. But there is another important reason: The more women depend on themselves or the herd (the state, or more truthfully: the net taxpayers) instead of a husband, the greater their bargening power on the sexual marketplace becomes. The feminist slogan "I don't need a man" is true. They don't need a man, because they work, society is highly organized and men as a group provide for them. This means that a lot of men have to adapt ideas that women like in order to get access to sex. Being able to provide alone doesn't do the trick anymore, unless the man can provide SIGNIFICANTLY more than what the women already has, be it through her own work or the direct or indirect benefits provided by net taxpayers (usually a mixture of both). This results in feminine views being adapted en masse by men, especially lower status men. Think of male feminists or male socialists/communists.

Once women have "half the money and all the pussy" most men will have to find a new bargening chip. This chip, in one word, is being an "ally", which essentially means becoming a traitor to your own sex and humiliating yourself before women in the hope of gaining their favor.
