I'm thinking about how I could implement this on BSV.
Requirement: Single URL with links to all posts in the blog (like a blog front-page). New posts added daily, single URL auto-updates with new links.

You could use preserve.bitpaste.app, upload 1 HTML file & connect it to your domain. Use CloudFlare DNS to fix HTTPS & redirect root domain to www. (required by preserve dns server).
Keep the HTML file small. Upload updated HTML file when new post.
