Who owns my twechtes, me?
Could I (theoretically) create a Twetch Clone and integrate the Twetch User's Twetches but have a different economic model for liking and whatever else?
Can someone forbid me to use his twechtes?
Don't want to, just curious.

Your last twetch is stored on-chain with this information: https://bico.media/1443319042f18beba2254483ef847ed6054ab8f8eacd2a9274fa0dd488f49536/info so yes - you can build your own frontend and make your own rules.
But could you forbid me to use your twetches? Is the data freely available to everyone, or only with permission? Could I ask the frog not to fetch my twechtes anymore?
What about the "right to be forgotten" - EU law? Could I ask anyone who displays my transactions to remove them from their frontend?
You are free to ask that and if Twetch is in EU they will probably have to comply. But you will have to do it for every front end since they cannot be guilty of ignorance. And if you want your content pruned you must ask the miners. All of them
