In order to pray you don't have to know anything about God, who does anyway? All you have to do is realize that everything you know is a miracle of stunning proportions, beauty, complexity and meaning --- and that the only adequate reactions to being set free inside of this miracle are gratefulness abd love: Thank you, I love you. And since all those creatures around me are also set free here by You, Most High, I'll love them, too, as good as I possibly can. Your will be done, Father, not mine.

So what's the deal with that whole "your will be done not mine" business? Who am I, a dagone dog? No. It's a way of saying "I don't want my pathetic ego and it's fear-ridden materialism get in the way of whatever the plan is for this grandiose experience. Because that would be insane."
