also my opinion... one of the greatest problems with heirarchies is their fixed nature. People get stuck in positions which is antithetical to human nature (that we are constantly changing - biologically at the very least) - and these fixed positions have us 'live up' to an illusion of what it is to be human.

instead... rotating heirarchies where the fixed position is filled by people for a duration of time - Swiss govt for example... or, something like in nature... a flock of birds where the birds at the helm take the brunt of the forces for only so long before changing position.

humans seem to have clung to forensics, studying that which is dead. Life, the constant movement is extremely difficult to study, much easier to fix things (including people - as widgets) for counting purposes. The lockdowns were a classic example, it's as though the machine stopped so that a major audit could be done.
