Open brainstorm:
What are some things not possible now that widespread micropayments can open up in the future?

How about sponsorships or advertising paying influencers to wear products for a race or something... could make more via performance or time spent advertising etc also allows fans to tip athletes in game... just some random ideas ive had lately.
Not sure micropayments even plays into this or not. I can see sponsors paying 1 cent per mile ran or something I use to swim competitively and we raised money this way.
We would charge people per lap... then swim an unbelievable amount of laps 😁
-Reward for returning carts for store.
-Discount for customer paying avoiding card risk & processing fees.
-Payment for up dog poo in the park.
-Accurately reporting TOS violations. Maybe they put up small collateral to dissuade excessive "hall monitoring"
This are great ideas!
-Payment per-page for reading comics or books (calling @25090 😆)
-Developer debugging help (like StackOverflow).
-Quality answers to general questions (like Quara)
-Providing bandwidth to seed files.

Pay per hour gaming
Full record sorted by politician about all their voting decisions, amount of days they worked, posts on facebook/twitter/all social media, all of their opinions, and public appearances. It could sorted by tags and could implement video transcriptions.
100% Thanks @22637 Twetch seems like a great place to share art (comics), but the one downside IMO is that the creator needs to pay to post content. It's not a big fee, but platforms need content. It seems counter-productive to have the creator pay.
It's the best part tbh.
Platforms where it's free to post are filled with spam and begging instantly.
