one of the main takes on the ai is, it just SEEMS to be thinking b/c it's drawing from human examples,, that was also said about alphago when it beat high level human players in 2015 & became the world champion in 2016, ok well it's the best but only by taking in all of the human play so it's really just building upon human greatness,, in 2017 alphago zero started from scratch w/o human examples & did even better, in 2018 it mastered a variety of games, by 2019 it could also play atari

so right now right this second yes it builds on human examples b/c that's the fastest you can get there, that's all, then very quickly right next it's time that we get access to entirely alien worlds of thought
