Provide value.
I'd say that 99% of posts here are replicas of tweets that have no value :-). So not seeing the benefit of this platform when the same content can be accessed for free.
It will take time to move the dial I think.
others are free but they also censored and control your content they don't pay for your likes or your replies and its not permanent if they delete your account you lose everything and much more stuff to come these type of platform are just starting
