Some of you might get mad at me. I love the SV tech, entrepreneurs, and energy. But I rail pretty hard on the victory by patent idea and me and TK go at it. ;-)

Bitcoin *is* non-physical, intellectual property. Proof of work computation is just a digitized simulation of human thought solving problems.
I was anti-patent and IP until I realized that bitcoin is IP.

BTW, it's also worth mentioning that I've never gotten anything but kind, thoughtful, or at least playful responses here on Twetch for these discussions, even though we do not decry BCH.

But isnt patent a fact though? You might not like it, sure. But do you expect this to change whatsoever?

Yep. BSV people are usually much nicer about questioning things than BCH, who constantly tell me I’m a paid Calvin operative.

You are free to compete w/ nchain on areas they didn't patent.
Can't be naive. You might hate CSW for this but consider if he didnt then we would all cuck to IBM and mastercard when they DO patent.
