Overall, while the plantiffs had flair, I think the defense held strong. They did a great job shutting down the plantiffs claims of forgery.

There were only two witnesses. Shadders was on point! Dr. Edman did his job and stated what he could off evidence given. Very good witness. I am super impressed by the fairness of Judge Reinhart! He listened and had obviously done some research.

How would you describe his emotional state as a witness? Was he nervous? Did he hate being there? was he having a good time? this sounds fascinating

Nervous, of course, federal court being grilled, hard. No I don't think he hated being there. He was stating facts known to him as part of his job. Very honest from what I can tell.

When me and him talked he was very engaging and smiling. Don't think he was worried at all

Forgery will boil down 2 whether it can B proven without a doubt a document was forged. With that said, it doesnt seem like the plaintiff brought conclusive evidence for a judgment, yet. I say that because U said, it could be 50/50, a coin toss so 2 speak.

Yes he had several questions. I believe mostly all were clarification questions.
There was never an issue with the witnesses when they responded. I honestly can't say anything negative about the witnesses.

I am not sure why the judge should care about addresses from 2009 and 2010. Kleiman is seeking coins mined by W & K and W & K was not formed until 2011.
