Everything I have looked all proof shows he does have them. I just dont understand people in the space saying it doesn't matter. It matters greatly.

His recent words have been pretty careful. That is his understanding that information will come to him that will make the wallets available. The whole point is that he didn't have them last week, and I don't know if there's any set deadline.
