The more I observe, the more difficult it becomes to see other humans as individuals. They seem closer to empty sponges which absorb their environment. Their thoughts, values, and preferences are not their own.

The more I talk to other people the less they seem representatives of some cluster and more as individuals, struggling, incoherent, and heuristics driven. Their thoughts, values, and preferences are theirs but not thought through and rigorous.
