My observations on the two:
Unity is going for making movies real, whereas UnReal is pushing for making people as real as possible. Hence why Anatomy Standards are using UREngine.

what I find interesting is the way in which they're bringing the skeleton to life... pretty great HOWEVER, still, it seems the people creating it are learning from a source rather than through their selves.
IF they were learning through their experience and knowledge of HOW the skeletal system moves in relation to each other, THEN their software would move the tailbone when the pelvis moves.
An explanation could be that the tailbone is anchored as a fixed point to work from - understandable - however there is little movement in the sacro illiac joint which many think as fixed. It's not.
