When number go up, so does the img upload price. Twetch could:
- Use C protocol to deduplicate img uploads & sometimes save $
- Deduplicate twitter screenshots
- Use B:// in comments: Add a B img browser, post as B://<txid> in comment. No re-uploading.

As with most suggestions for @852, these items are probably already on a list somewhere. This is an example of putting an existing image in a comment using B and markdown:
for memes you can save each layer, and reference the existing blank meme background via b://. something like maybe
