Now think of what you said earlier about the possibility of regeneration of a declining civilization.
For decades people have argued that the growth of human populations must be curbed to avoid disaster.
Now the West has achieved to lower the native populations, but instead of looking at that as a success, and adapting the economy to the new situation, the considerations of the economy seem to dictate policies, not the well-being and regeneration of society.
Instead of looking positively at lowered populations, it is now suddenly seen as a main reason for mass immigration (invasion of a foreign civilization).
Paint a picture of how it could look if a Western society managed the new situation in a way that benefits society, instead of pleasing the economy with bringing in millions of workers.
