Now you make it sound like a large part of these immigrants are not willing or able to do what they were brought in for.
Is it fair to say that there was a certain naivité at work that falsely assumed that immigrants would be easily integrated into society and the labor market?
Is this naivité being challenged with the hard facts becoming undeniable?
