Nothing on this finite earth will ever come close to eternity.
Not the money. Not the goals. Not the girl. Not the applause. Nothing.
Only thing that actually remains unto eternity?
Well, that's a deep and pretty loaded question.
Simplest way Id answer that, your relationship with your Creator, Lord Jesus Christ.
At this point, becoming an orthodox monk is the eternally highest ROI play.
But at the same time is that God's Will for your life?
We don't want to mess with that, but we got free will sooo.
But don't try to do God's Will for other people.
Focus on yourself, greatness is within, God is within, and all around, we are made in God's image, body mind soul.
I also believe that less logic (radical faith) = more Grace (miracles)
Which means what? Don't think of the how, that's literally God's job.
Our job is to trust Him at all times and awe at his awesomeness, ye.
So let's focus on eternity and let Christ guide our way.
Only thing were promised in this life is imminent death (at any moment).
Might want to focus on the only person that can make you immortal...
But, we deserve death, because that's what sin gets you.
But someone conquered it, the only person who could have, God who came down as 100% human and 100% God.
Imagine his Spirit, the literal Truth embodied.
His patience is mind-blowing forreal.
Anyway, we basically live in a paradox, but I think its because everything is literally made perfect and for life to exist it had to be this way.
Plus it's because God is Love and we were made higher than the angels, we were made in His likeness so we can abide in Him forever...
No wonder the devil and his demons hate us so much, and hate is an understatement, they want to rip you apart, torture you, have you burning with them forever.
I wrote this as a self reminder if anything, and time is closing, the state you leave Earth with is your eternal state...
