Nope, I am pretty sure that when I die, there is nothing, my universe and everything that is in it fizzles out when my last neurons cease to fire. I will only be remembered, if at all, by the impressions/data I left behind in my interactions with others.

how would you know that anything was left behind? how do you know that this universe doesn't exist but solely in your mind? you still have not thought this entirely through. if you stopped existing then how could it be proven that you ever existed?

what is *here*? everything is a *theory* of what 'here' means. our greatest and most brilliant minds can't even figure it out. yet, the truth is so simple and so profound that it escapes all logic and reason. *here* is now. Time only exists now.

If by theory you mean hypothesis than perhaps, but if you argue that time only exists now then you would have a hard time coming up with a framework that can create the same calculable results which relativity and the concept of spacetime can do.
