just seems like a low hanging fruit though I acknowledge I don't 100% understand the industry

Instead of $60 a month regardless if you use it or not, what about $5 a month with usage fees up to $100 paid out daily from your wallet.

Or better yet, no account you buy the router, connect a wallet, and $0/month charged only for what you use

yeah, after looking into it a little more, it might be a re-seller for another ISP

competitive advantages:
1. charge per data better model for reselling to an ISP
2. Variable pricing can allocate excess capacity efficiently
3. low financing risk
