Claiming CSW would lose was a dime-a-dozen call. After McCormack ruling, everyone thought that. I made a call no one would dare make, especially for the home-court-advantage version of the trial.

Look at the bright side, BSV didn't move afterwards bc as I mentioned above, > 95% of people suspected he was going to lose anyway (and also because the BSV rigging is less effective at lower prices than about $50 because the mkt cap gets too cheap vs the players invovled).
