By next year i hope to have a fantasy football app that runs on bsv.
This could be a very lucrative venture.
Honestly people should be racing to be the first in the area.
Has anyone else been thinking of doing this?

I have thought of doing how ever cost to get stats is very high

Twetch ·

Maybe a sports book is more reasonable goal

Twetch ·

That would be stealing, and the major sites have ways to detect that, stats offers one sport for like 3-5k a month usd, I did a lot of research

Twetch ·

Holy smokes....lots to learn still.

@89 sounds like a good spot to start doing research. Theres gotta be a way to pull the data from a website or app.

If you didnt use live stats and have the provider post for you...you can save quite a bit of money. You would have to pull the info yourself tho. Maybe find a second provider besides Stats to save money also...but im sure u get what you pay for

I have had the exact same idea awhile ago, but as @89 pointed out the costs for the information is quite high. Would probably run at a loss for a bit until you have enough activity to sustain costs.

Yes it would be epic. You could have a built in LeageSafe with a BSV smart contract that pays out on its own. (That alone would save players a ton). I guess the stats info would be the tough part.

It could have both seasonal and daily fantasy as well.
