The code includes an agent that checks if the blobs are not black and then it turns to the non-black cities and then it will conquer them (changing their colour to black) This agent is the enemy.
The enemy will destroy the total number of cities unless you reconstruct the entire World 🌎, several cities , by swiping your fingers on the screen.
