We need more women in the blockchain space. Where are they?

Working looking after the elderly and trying to learn about crypto in my spare time.

In my opinion that can't be an excuse to be just a 5%. Why is this space 95% men? Privilege? No, I don't think so.
Preferences? Maybe.

What kind of percentage do you feel would be ideal?

I think it's a way of fixing some of their problems. Women are a minority in IT and engineering careers. But they're majority in other fields.
Blockchain doesn't require physical strength.
Yet, where are they? What's the problem now?

Most of them are just not interested,
I suppose. I can live with that.

So no problem when 95% of money and businesses are made by men? It will become a problem in the future, I already think it is.

And it doesn't have an easy solution because most of those men have studied and worked to deserve it. Male privilege... or not?

Male privilege is commie propaganda aimed at furthering the statist/feminist division between men and women.

Society is gynocentric.

If there is a privileged sex it sure isn't men.

Most women have other goals than becoming magic internet money nerds.

Its a matter of choice , fortunately the liberals, left, commies havent tried yet! To force their agenda of women, black, ethnics on the smaller internet companies.

As a woman i agree that men especially white straight men are the ones treated the most unfairly in society.
The left spend their time emasculating males and screaming racism if you point out how many black kids dont have a father at home.

Interestingly the hatred of white men is pushed largely by white men.

I don't think there's racism at the root of it, it's just divide and rule.

For their agenda they need a scapegoat and chose the one that represents the greatest threat to their agenda.
