What kind of water filter do you have at home?

I dont trust water filters. I buy the only brand of mineral water in Brazil that doesn't add fluoride.

In plastic bottles?

Unfortunately yes but there is no other alternative.

I don't have complete faith in the water filtration or bottled water, but I'm erring on the side of water filtration. Ive heard about micro plastic being released from the bottles into the water. Nothing will be perfect though.

The problem with filtration is even the most advanced systems can never remove 100% of the fluoride, and fluoride is horrendously toxic even in small doses over time, especially if you're not supplementing Iodine. But plastics are a huge issue for sure.

You virtually need to consciously pick your poison. One day I'll have my own land and collect rainwater and it'll all be fine. But for now I have to accept the options that I have.

Distilling water can be done with an $80 machine and $1 or so electricity per gallon.
This may be a solution, Im not sure.

If possible get land with a watersource.
Rainwater is not the same thing, it contains hardly any minerals.

Would be essential then to replace the trace minerals. I will look into it actually.

Sure, in the mountains I'd have more luck this way but also would need to find a goldmine since most of the soil is contaminated with aluminum gases (fluoride) anyway. I have liquid trace mineral supply so thats not an issue to replace them.

You know what. … it. I’m gonna buy a water distiller.

I might look into it too, if it's superior to a filter. Next problem, avoiding 5G radiation.

I suppose, if you had the means to build a house, you could read this and implement to the contrary.

Metal roof looks like the most bang for the buck. Also, they are extremely durable and can deal with snow better than any other roof.

How many brick houses are there with metal roofs for sale might be the next question

Sadly in Sydney I can't afford a house yet. Until then it's iodine and regularly having my phone on flight mode. Big block of land and house is the end game though.
