CSW is going to settle the case with Kleiman.

The amount is settled in USD and paid mostly in BSV (according to my insider) as it is what CSW can access most easily at this time

That level of any coin being sold would probably happen OTC - off-books. And any OTC desk buying it wouldn't sell it all at once if they wanted to protect their initial purchase.

No it does not mean $500MM were sold.

To find that out, you need to look at the volume of coins sold x price they were sold at.

You can have $500MM volume and the price stay the same.

You can have $10MM volume and market cap go up or down by $500MM.

Or if it was, it would be at a MASSIVE discount. So maybe its a good thing anyway, even if it were true. Kleinman won't hold BSV anyway, that gives us cheap BSV and CSW retains the power of his massive BTC trove.

If it's not going to be executed, why would CSW pay anything at all? It makes no sense. I would allow court proceedings to run their course, in which case Ira ends up with worthless shitcoins. If CSW and Ira do settle out of court, it won't be for BSV!

It's best to get this court case over with and out of the way. It's been an albatross. Ira doesn't deserve a red cent but there are times when you have to look at the big picture. Ira just wants fiat now and he doesn't care for IP or even the coins.
