I was mostly neutral for the hash war. I liked SV, but I had hoped for BCH unity going forward.
When checkpoints murdered consensus, I joined the bitcoin SV team in full force.
Then I helped with design and branding in the early days of SV.

The moment when Amaury banned nChain devs from the ABC slack it was clear to me that 1) decentralized development of BCH was a lie and 2) Amaury is not fit to lead anything. So here I am..
So much can be discussed here. I will say this, the tactics used by The bab side were duplicitous and I’m grateful to many of the SV guys for to recognize that.
I was a big blocker that favored miners early on. Mainly b/c of naïveté late August 2018 was when I really started to understand how terrible the proposed upgrades were & thats when I took my stance against ABC. Reina helped snap me out of my naiveness 😊

I agree completely. I was running a bitcoin.com sponsored meetup, & was in discussion to do a podcast on their network! When I questioned ABC, I was immediately railroaded. That made me look at SV, and I preferred it. Post-split toxicity sealed the deal.
Abso-freaking-lutely agree re the post-split toxicity. It must have been hell for them to lay low as long as they did. There's a massive hydra dwelling beneath the crypto landscapes rocky waters & now it's just a waiting game before it rears it's ugly head
