I need a chart for every piece of information... news, ideas, comments
The chart is current locked amount. Every second there can be positive and negative locks.
Most data on chain will hover around zero... positive and negative locks will cancel out. Just noise. Pages could show data at various levels of current lock.
There will be some pieces of data, news or ideas that will soar with mostly positive locks. I may only look at soaring charts. Dynamic positive and negative locking will filter my world.
Web 2 stopped using dislikes as it offended some I assume? We should allow negative locks to have a true noise filter.
Speakers in public forums could also be voted on in the same way to stop pointless noise.
Locking is a Killer App on Bitcoin. Positive and Negative Locking enhances the signalling.
Positive and Negative Locking is noise cancelling.

Interesting concept... the collective will could be used to amplify or suppress ideas, but I suppose there will still be a Barbara Streisand effect, where the most down-voted ideas will get even more attention than they otherwise might.
