Not saying that I can’t be persuaded, but is it a double spend if it went to the same address? If it goes to the same address then the base case of someone being defrauded kind of erodes. But, this does demonstrate that a double spend can occur, correct?

The spend went from Wallet A to Wallet B.
Then it was spent again from Wallet A to Wallet C, the previous block was orphaned.

The net of this too is that this would only happen on a small block system, as RBF transaction would be pretty rare given that they are likely to be included anyway, correct?

That’s media picked it up on the 21st. The transaction orphaned at 21:21 UTC, but the actual occurrence was indeed on 20.
