minor [[treechat update]], the mute function should work better now. replies from people you've muted will be hidden too now (before it only hid top level posts) and you can unmute people you've muted more easily

When I log in to treechat it defaults to post in private and I noted that most of my post were all private. How does i change settings to default public.
