time: nobody has time. we're strung out trying to cram everything possible in 24 hours, going to bed sorry that we didn't get everything done. waking up anxious if we can succeed in knocking today out of the park. but what if you could get in playtime with as little as 3 mins?
energy: you often work whether you feel upto it or not. but kids never play if they don't feel like it. you can play with even the slightest spark of interest that may or may not become full blown high octane play revving on the red line!
attention: it's hard to pay attention in a boardroom but a child in the playground pays rapt attention to the game at hand. you don't need attention to play, you need to play to get attentive. what's the simplest game you can play that will stimulate without exhausting
remember play is only to get you started. you win when you start, not when you finish. you only need teeny weeny amounts of time, energy and attention to get started. you’ll be surprised to know it doesn’t take much to go from minimum viable play to most valuable player
