If miners are going/able to “prune” (delete) our data why would we add anything of value (artwork etc) to the blockchain?

Some (miners) can offer as a service the complete blockchain, or just parts of it, like just video files. Perhaps on-chain identity gets developed to such a point that Twetch user #552 can access all transactions that belong to that user. 🙂

All that's being "pruned" is a hash of a hash that contains a hash of the artwork. Theoretically, the hash of the artwork is still verifiable and could still establish ownership.
